Training Under King Kai

Akuro remembered that he trapped the icer with his Demon Sealing Wave technique, but it was what killed him. He was sent to the north kai's planet to train for his heroic sacrifice. He traveled across snake way and finally reached king kai's planet. He glanced around for a moment. "so your king kai I assume" he replied, as he looked at the monkey.


King Kai who was in inside the his home noticed a human following bubbles around. He could see that Akuro thought the monkey was him. Before things got to far our of hand he clarified the difference.

Akuro's first test was to make a funny joke. He had to think about it for a while though. He went through a few old jokes that did not get a laugh. He manged to pull out a few that got a laugh. "alright you pass" he replied, as he explained the next test. Akuro was supposed to catch Bubbles. He had a blank stare on his face since he thought it would be very easy and simple. He chased after the monkey and realized the gravity made it tough to move around. He was unable to catch bubbles though. He was easily a good distance away and was not able to keep up with him. He dived forward and tried to grab the monkey with a dive. He missed and smacked into a tree. Akuro leaned back a bit to try and figure out a plan. He noticed the monkey was on a banana break now and thought this was his chance to catch him. He jumped walked slowly and made his move unaware of a banana he stepped on and slipped. He was spotted, and the monkey scurried off in a different direction.

"ok I need a plan" he thought, as he got up and dusted himself off. He was getting used to he gravity a bit, but he needed something else to tip the balance in his favor. He smirked and ran the opposite direction of bubbles. He ran quickly and almost caught him, as bubbles simply jumped over him and stepped on his face. Akuro sighed for a moment and jumped backwards and used a tree branch to spring him forward. "ok lets do this" he shouted, as he smacked into bubbles and managed to catch him. "victory" he shouted, as he held up bubbles in victory. King Kai brought the hammer for the next phase and set it in front of Akuro. Akuro tried to lift it up and fell onto his back. "great..." he thought with a sigh, as he new things were not quite over yet. His next task was to catch a very speedy cricket. He chased after it with the hammer dragging behind him. Each swing was not even close to a hit. He always struggled to lift it. He noticed that it even had the time to mock him about how slow he was moving. Akuro at one point made a swing out of anger that almost swatted Gregory like a fly. It was close, but not close enough. "focus" he thought, as he remembered his earlier training with Junsei and realized that he could use that.

He focused for a few minutes stood still. He gripped the hammer, and made one quick and focused swing to knock Gregory aside with ease. Akuro smirked, as dropped it afterwards. He was surprised that all that earlier training would pay off for him, but it seemed like it did. He made a fist and threw it into the air in victory. "ok what's next?" he asked, as he was ready to go now, and after his recent success he was sure he was ready for anything.

I already have an opponent ready for you" he replied, as he handed Akuro a box and told him to put the training uniform on. After he had done so he noticed it was a bit heavier then the clothes he normally wore. He looked to see his opponent appear behind him. "just perfect" he thought, as he went into a fighting stance. He could tell his opponent was very strong and he would have to fight his hardest to pull it off if he wanted to come out a winner. "oh and if you die you get erased from existence" king kai added, as he took a seat and watched the fight.

"just perfect" he thought, as he stood ready.

"your going down kid" he shouted, as he decked Akuro and sent him a decent distance away. He looked up to see the delta squad member burger knee him "burger knee" he shouted, as he was sent into the ground leaving a crater in the ground. "oh great" he thought, as he he jumped to his feet.

"one saiyan and a loon" he thought with a sigh, as he began fighting burger first since he was the weaker of the two. He traded blows with the man and was kicked into the air and bombarded with a number of energy attacks. He charged up his counter attack. Kamehameha and let it rip. The smoke cleared with Burger only laughing it off. The Saiyan grabbed him from behind and threw him into the ground and fired a large energy sphere to deal a decent amount of damage to him. Akuro coughed up some blood and grit his teeth since he needed to get more serious now.

Akuro flew upwards to attack Burger and commenced with a powerful combination of punches and kicks and was doing a small amount of damage. He managed to throw him towards the saiyana and charged up his Thunder Shock Surprise hitting them both. He fell onto one knee afterwards though since he was pushing his own limits pretty far. "ok time for the finish" he shouted, as he tapped into his well of strength and slammed his elbow into burger.

The Saiyan attacked him also while he managed to block most of the attacks. He was focused on their movements and refined himself to where he was able to fight pretty well despite the odds. He avoided a punch and fired off a close range Kamehameha wave right at the face of his opponent. With that the Saiyan was down, but Akuro took a decent amount of damage also. He charged after Burger and kicked him towards a tree. His next attack was blocked.

"Burger Counter" he commented, as he slammed Akuro's face into a tree. "not bad kid, but I am going to go blow you away" he shouted, as he started up his ultimate attack. Akuro got up and smirked, as he could see an opening and went for it. sent his fist hard into his opponents jaw to send him into the ground with a loud thud. He fell backwards afterwards and was on the ground also. Akuro had for a few moments tapped into a power he never dreamed of. Now he only had to figure out how to control it.

Akuro prepared for his next day of training knowing that it would be a lot more intense then yesterdays training. He would have to practice gathering energy in the immediate area. Since the planet was smaller it would be a lot easier to gather the needed energy. Akuro focused for a moment and started to draw energy from the planet. He noticed some of the energy gathering into his hands at a slow rate. He could see this might make things tough, but for now at least. He was sure that it would require the proper practice to create it faster, but for now he heard what he would be doing next once he created the attack.

King Kai threw a large brick towards Akuro, as he threw the attack causing a lot of debris from the bricks being broken apart. "When on a larger planet it take more time to charge the attack, but it will be much bigger" he explained to Akuro. "though you will need time to use it" he continued, as he was sure akuro noticed that also. "I would suggest it only as a last resort in battle" King kai finished.

Akuro nodded and was sure he would not often need this technique, but it did give him a better offer then his other attack. He decided to practice drawing the energy in a again, as he closed his eyes and quited his mind for a moment so he could be more focused now then usual. He was rather sure that he could master the technique. He felt that he would be able to protect the earth if he had something like this in his arsenal at least. He created at least two more before he was drained of energy and took a seat. He figured it was because he was putting his own energy into the attack also.

"the training is complete for the day so rest up and prepare for when your next phase of training begins" he replied, as he turned to leave. Akuro nodded and decided to rest up in the meantime. He had recently learned a new technique and was now ready for his true training to begin now. He took in a deep breath and released it after a few minutes and took a seat under a tree. He picked up a banana and peeled it so he could take a bite out of it. He was thinking about his last fight, and was wondering how Junsei was doing after his demise. He assumed she would be able to defend the earth since she was a strong fighter. He was not sure how long the icer would remained sealed though and that was the problem in his mind. He wanted to get back to earth soon so he could protect it with his new found strength. He only had to worry about one thing though. He had to get his life back, but he could try and contact one of the legendary fighters that were alive. "first I need to train" he thought with a smirk.
