Skill Point Rules

Skill Points are points that you get from a battle or mission or saga. They can be used to learn techniques without having to actually rp to learn them. Easy huh? Well every time you post 100 words you get 1 skill point. You post 200 words then you get 2 skill points. You start off with 5 skill points and work your way on to gain more and learn techniques. A simple and easy system to learn techniques.
Training for new attacks will be based on a Rank Scale: As you RP you will gain separate points aside from your PL and you will use these points

Rank S = 30 Points

Rank A = 25 Points

Rank B = 20 Points

Rank C = 15 Points

Rank D = 10 Points

Rank E = 5 Points

Some Attacks will be more Points depending on what the attack is, espesially combination moves, like Big Bang Kamehameha.
