The time chamber has the ability to increase your power greatly, every post with in the time chamber will give you 3 PL per word. Due to the great increase in power, we are setting a limit to your training and how many times you may use this chamber. So you will be able to use the Time chamber ONCE a week, anymore then that and you will lose out on your next attempt, and you will only be able to gain a maximum of 2000 PL(667 words) this is being quite generous in the gains. If you keep your posting up and post once a week you will gain 8000 PL per month which is 80 Skill points a month as well.
May be used on any planet.
basically you will:
Word count X 3 = Power level, Power level/100 = Skill points(will round down)
