Challenge of the Dragon

Akuro had woke and met with king kai so he could continue his training. He had learned a few new powerful techniques that he could use to make himself a stronger fighter in the near future. He was going to use the time he had before he was brought back from the dead. He noticed a number armored fighters were his next part of his test. He waited for a moment and was going to let king kai explain what he was going to need to do first before he did anything else. He figured he was going to be training to control his new found strength.

"you have tapped into your new power and now it is time to take control of it" he replied. "these warriors will help with that" he added, as he allowed them to begin the battle. King Kai took a few steps back afterwards and hit a gong to make the battle start.

There were six in total. Two of them charged at him first, and started by throwing a few dozen punches at him. Each one blow had a decent amount of power in them. The blows were blocked though Akuro had some trouble doing so with ease. He stepped back a bit before he made a counter attack. Each blow was avoided and he was kicked around a bit by a set of powerful attacks. He decided to go on the defense and could see that his new power was needed for this kind of battle. He focused for a moment. "KaioKen" he shouted, as he flew towards his opponent and knocked him in the jaw sending one opponent away. He felt the sudden rush of power flowing through him. "yes this is the correct feeling" he replied with a smirk on his face. He understood that all that training he had received from Junsei seemed to pay off. He let out a sigh for a moment since he was a bit irritated by that thought.

He was knocked across the ground by the counter attack though he countered with a quick kick to the side of the head. Once that was taken care of he decided to go for a hammer attack and kick his opponent into the air. He ended his power up and felt a bit drained afterwards, but he forced it to activate a second time despite the fact that he was straining his body. He continued fighting for a while. When the smoke cleared he collapsed to the ground and laughed for a moment. He had defeated two out of six so it seemed he had a lot more to do before he could return to earth.


He had continued again so he could push his limits after he had taken some time to rest up. He was fighting better then he was earlier though. He had gotten used to the gravity and the intense fighting that he was involved in over the period of time that he had been training his body for when he could return to Earth. He managed to defeat the first one without powering up. He kept his eyes open and his mind sharp. He felt relaxed for the most part. Since he was using hand to hand combat he would have plenty of energy left to show his improvement. He stepped back for a moment to use his secret weapon. "KaioKen" he shouted, as he powered up and continued fighting against the remaining four. He was doing rather well for the most part and jumped into the air and charged up a Kamehameha and fired it downwards them for it only to be avoided. "It seems I need to train harder" he thought, as he landed a kick at was blocked, but it left him an opening to to throw his opponent at the other three. He then charged up another Kamehameha and fired it off sending the warriors away. After that his KaioKen transformation had ended only after a couple of minutes. He felt a bit winded and fell onto his back.

"your doing rather well and it looks like I will have to give you another opponent" he replied, as he took a few steps back and made the warriors vanish. He planned to give him a harder opponent next.

Akuro was ready for it and stood up. He was rather drained and glanced around for a moment and was sure he could keep fighting for the time being and still had a lot of strength left in his body. He laughed a bit and remained in his fighting stance. He was confident that he could fight still, but he was not sure how long he would last. It was good to know that he was becoming stronger thanks to all of this training.

Akuro  had been training for quite some time to say the least and was growing stronger with more time he had spent on the little planet. He was getting ready to get sent back to Earth since they were able to pull some strings for Akuro. There was a bit of a catch though. Then again for these kinds of things there was always a catch. Akuro had to defeat a powerful Evil being that was moving across the galaxy and creating mass panic and devastation.

He was sent to an unknown planet where he looked and used his ki sense to get a read on the target. He was alerted to a spike in energy before he dodged an incoming attack.The attack had enough power to leave a large crater in the ground. He focused his energy and decided to go right into hand to hand combat with his opponent. They exchanged blows for a while before he put some distance between them. The creature came after him with increased speed and sent her fist hard into his chest. "Many have tried to kill me and you will be just another corpse that I will send back to the kai's" she replied with a dark laugh. She threw him into the ground.

Akuro got up after a few minutes and thought of his new plan of attack. "ok I can see why this is the catch" he wheezed, as her blows were not exactly soft blows to say the least. He decided to get serious since he was intent on getting his life back one way or another. He focused and used his KaioKen x2 to give him a short bust of power. He was able to catch her by surprise and knock her around quite a bit before he run out of steam. "I am going to end your terror" he declared continued his assault, but with his initial boost gone they were now just trading blows back and forth with each other. It was now simply
going on who wanted to win the battle more.

He landed one blow at her jaw to knock her down. He was not exactly standing strong and fell backwards onto the ground. He was just going to rest up for a little bit and make sure the criminal was brought to justice. The fight was tough, but he pulled through and even got a chance to see the results of his training in a life or death battle. Some time passed and he jumped to his feet after resting up a little. Now his next plan was to move the unconscious opponent to the ship he was given.

The trip was not long, but it did feel quite long in his opinion. The Kai's would exact the appropriate punishment. "This is not the last you will see of me" She spoke with a laugh. While she was not fighting at her best she could see that she could make use of Akuro's power even if it meant she was going to be locked away for some time. There would be time since she had things in place that would allow her plans to be enacted without her orders.

Akuro did not take the words to heart though since he figured that he would not have to worry about her again. It was going to be a mistake he would regret though. The balance of power was soon shifting. The races that were once hidden were coming from the shadows and working towards their own ends. It was a new world and all those that were not prepared for the coming storm would be swept away quickly. For his efforts Akuro was granted his life back. He felt good knowing he was among the living once again. He was sent back to Earth where he was not aware of what transpired while he was dead.
