This will allow anyone with techniques they dont want to sell them back for SP.

if a user wants SP they will ask for an SP amount not to exceed the amount Paid.

Example: Altair wishes to sell Kamehameha for 5 SP, Altair paid 5 for the technique in the first place.

you must be at your second transformation to use this Market, this means past transformations you start with.(ie oozaru)

this will be allowed to happen until people start selling there techniques to gain S ranks and only S ranks. In other words please do not misuse this system or i will shut it down, i will be the only one to approve these posts.
