After the battles against the icer I was going to suggest a sub plot mission that people with low power levels could be added to involve fighting against opponents similar to some of the movie villains like the Tree of Might or Lord Slug. That would balence things out a bit and allow new members to get a chance to catch up after every few major arcs.
