Name: Akuhei
Race: Icer
Home Planet: Unknown because Akuhei was always traveling around in a space ship with other of his races. But the Icers owned many planets.
Sex: Male
Age: 25
Aura color:
Referred: N/A
Description:
Over time, Akuhei's power became so great that his body could not
comfortably contain it, and a series of physical transformations were
developed to limit his actual strength. While other beings in
Dragon Ball Z transform to increase their power, Akuhei transforms to control and
contain it. His true form is his fourth forum with each of his other
transformations meant to restrict his power and conceal it from his
enemies. Akuhei even says upon transforming to his second state that he
has a harder time controlling himself and his power due to the immensity
of his current strength. That would suggest that the second and third
forms are mere physical augmentations which would allow Akuhei to build
enough strength to revert to his true form. While changing shape from
his "first-form", each alteration builds on the previous.
Their are many forms to a Icer which means he is always in a different appearance in fights.
Personality:
Akuhei, despite his kindness and compassion towards his subjects, shows little kindness towards his opponents except to say that he will not continue the chain of revenge by attacking their loved ones. He is a conundrum, who has proven too difficult for master psychologists to figure out, as they did in order to try defeating him. He is a passive person, not rushing into battle, nor demonstrating blood lust but only when his opponent is winning, though he does not go so far as to be a pacifist, destroying without mercy all those who threaten him. It appears that, while he has shown emotions, he has no morals when completing his duty, a fact he has admitted himself, saying that they could not be allowed to encumber him if he was to be a good Hokage. He himself has stated that he does all that is necessary, and shows his emotions freely, as he considers them necessary in order for him to remain "human", which is essential if he is to continue a long-lasting village.
He also appears to be greatly confident and calculating, showing unshakeable confidence that his attacks will defeat the opponent because his impeccable logic tells him so, though he has revised his opinion on the difficulty of the battle when his opponents reveal that they have tricked him. He also commonly tells his enemies what he thinks of the battle, giving his opinion on their strategy, abilities, and chances, as well as the merits and disadvantages of each side. This stops, however, if he considers the battle finished, which only happens when he has felt their power completely, or the decisive blows have been struck. He shows knowledge of when the battle is over, telling his opponents what he thinks their last ditch efforts will do, and assuring them that they will be remembered, and their efforts not completely in vain, unless they were overtly ridiculous.
Akuhei is also paradoxical in the way he treats those beneath him. While he appears extremely kind, he has no qualms about building his society on the bones of the dissenters, seeking a stable environment, giving freedoms to those he believes will be wise in its usage. While he crushes everyone who is an opponent of society, or a necessary sacrifice in battle, and bases his priorities on the future, he also seems to shuffle his interests if petitioned, though the petitioners, if violent, are usually killed to keep the peace.

This feeling that Hetoru felt was one that Hetoru never felt in his life. It felt like a bee had stung him and left a very aching pain in his chest. Never in his life has he felt like this. He knew that there was going to be more times of him feeling like it but today was the first one. Everything that was going on was new to him. It was his first time of ever feeling like he was today. Maybe it was from all the training that he had did or the shouting from the man. Ashamed was the word that could be used for this feeling. He was even a little bit of embarrassed from not being able to do the right thing that he was told. Hetoru was all about training and when he would mess up, it made him feel like this. Even when he was sent for Iwagakure to bomb up something, he didn't feel like this. It was a sad feeling when he went there. The raging of seeing people die was the thing that made him very mad. Other Kids wouldn't be able to take on something like it because they never seen dead people before. But Hetoru knew about it because his whole back story was built on said stories. Hetoru sat on the pillar and looked down to feel very ashamed of himself. Training was the one thing that he didn't exceed at but tried every chance that he got. Today was a big chance to prove his worthiness of being a great shinobi but he failed. Hetoru wanted to become the strongest shinobi in the world. It was his most dream that he was looking forward too. Something had motivated him to want to succeed the goal of being the best shinobi. It was when the first day a Jounin passed the Exams and looked down on him. He hated being the little one and hoped that one day he would be the big one to look down at the other Jounin. To him it wasn't possible at first but when his grandma said those words of about anything is possible, that was when the dream came on to him and lived on until how old he was today. That dream was the one that would stay for ever and never go.
Hetoru looked up into the sky and just sat glaring at the flaming sun. He gained a visual in his head of looking at him be stronger in the future. He was a kid that had many dreams such as working for a bombing store one day or even getting shinobi to hire him to bomb stuff. Lots of visions ran through his head as he looked at the sun. "One day Hetoru" whispered Hetoru. He smiled for a couple minutes. The sensation of Joy ran through his whole body over and over again. His heart was beating real fast from the adrenaline of training. Sweat was still pouring down his whole body like a fountain. Hetoru thought that if he would get a cup and sit it over his body, a whole bunch of his sweat would fill the whole cup up. But that was very impossible to do; It had meant that Hetoru was very tired and sweaty. Odor was definitely all around the Training Grounds because alot of men were there and they left arm pit odor with a strong scent to it. "It stinks out here" said Hetoru as he checked to smell his under arm pits. This was very non sarcastic. Hetoru could smell his own arm pits even if he pinched his nose to leave out the stink. "Lot of Stank but I must become stronger" said Hetoru as he got up from sitting on the pillar and went over near the pillar. He was going to try it over again because he promised his friends that died from helping the Blast Corp that he would never give up in the shinobi world because of his friends death. It had made Hetoru become stronger for training. He was ready to hold the whole pillar for a long time. "I will do this" said Hetoru as he slipped his hands under the bottom of the pillar. All the Training was going to pay off, there was no doubt about it but Hetoru had to believe in himself. "I will not be let down by my teammate that died in the war with Sunagakure" said Hetoru. The pillar slowly lifted into the air while Hetoru wholes arms started to shake even more. Pain ran through his whole body as he held it up.
"Just one more time Mitsu" said Hetoru. He would never give up in Training. Hetoru was trying to do it over again because he wanted to impress Mitsu by showing how long he was able to hold the pillar in the air. Hetoru tried to ignore the pain that he had been experiencing because he really wanted to show Mitsu his worthiness. It was going so far that he would maybe over do himself. "I will not stop no matter what" shouted Hetoru as he lifted the pillar high into the air. He could feel how his muscles were starting to tighten up and become stronger. This was feeling great but same time aching to his whole body. Training was being taken to a whole new level for Hetoru and he would always train like this every time he could. Hetoru smiled because of him still being able to hold on to the pillar without making it fall. The pillar was very high in weight and it felt like a strength that was over a Genin couldn't even control. Several minutes passed by before he stopped and sat the pillar on the pillar that Hetoru was standing on. He jumped down from the pillar because he was done doing that exercise. "So the next thing is doing it with a round pillar, right?" said Hetoru. He start to walked with the man. This man was very childish for playing about him and that stuff. He wanted to smack the man because he could've didn't have to do the extra training. Hetoru could've took a break. "You Idiot!! I could've of took a break" shouted.
