Racial Traveling

I noticed the wait time on saiyan pods, etc on traveling between planets. Though noticed a ship might not be necessary for some races(Icers for example).

While I personally don't believe any race should have the innate ability to travel such large distances from the get go, would it be possible for this race and others(customs maybe if approved first) to gain such ability through reaching a pre-determined transformation? With the same requirements of course, X amount of posts before arriving in any given travel situation.

Hmm I don't see why not I mean it would make sense if they can live there why not travel
