Darthwin walking into east city and stood out rather easily because of his armor. He noticed a group of martial artist following him. "you people intend to stop following me or am I going to have to use my fist" he replied, as he looked at them for a moment. He had a smirk on his face. He could tell that even his little sister was more then a match for these weaklings. He smirked. "you know for all your talk I have ten year old sister that is at least twice as strong, as all of you" he replied rather casually to them. They charged Darthwin. "I guess you guys did not get the message" he replied, as he blocked their punches and knocked one into a wall and blocked each attack with one hand. He caught the next kick and threw the man into a car.
"having fun yet" he asked, as a female black belt attacked with a number of kicks. Darthwin blocked most of them and kept his cool, as he countered with a punch that was blocked. He was a bit surprised by the increase in skill.
The female and male that remained powered up after they had suppressed their power levels. we will show you how strong we really are they shouted, as they both fired the turtle school signature kamehameha. Darthwin dropped backwards and charged up his Dragon Fury and fired at their attack. He used his strength to over power the attack and send them backwards across the ground. "well this is a surprise you both have five thousand two hundred" he replied, as he powered up to his full strength.
"your still to weak to fight me or them" he replied, as he charged at his two opponents. He took off her scouter and set it aside to keep it undamaged. He made sure they knew how much stronger he was then they were. He was going to implant that fear into their heads before he sent them to the next dimension. He was able to avoid most of their attacks while trading a few blows with them. He kicked the female into the air and knocked her into the ground and charged up his dragon fury and fired. It was blocked by the male who collapsed onto the ground. Darthwin smirked, as he landed on the ground. "one down one to go" he replied, as the female charged at him in anger and started to attack him like a furious demon. Darthwin took a few blows and dropped backwards, as he fired a giga ball into her chest and knocked her backwards into a wall. Darthwin powered up and kicked her into the air and grabbed her leg to knock her out by throwing her into the ground.
With both opponents down he would not have to worry about having to deal with any other martial arts chumps. "that should make things easier for me now" he replied since his show of might would make him feared. He placed his scouter back on and left to a building and decided to watch and wait for the enemy to come to him. Everything was falling into place now. Once delta force was dealt with his father would be able to act in the shadows long enough to take the throne. This was a way to divert attention from himself and onto other problems including the icer's.
He set the message holo down in front of him so he could speak with his father Drago. Tenzo appeared after a few minutes. "you have done well to make sure you got to East City before them" he replied.

"am I getting any back up for this mission?" he asked, as he was not sure if he alone would be enough and earth was a pretty back water planet.
"no you will use the resources available to you since there are a number of fighters that have Saiyan blood" he replied. Darthwin could see that his father was not going to send him any help so he would wait for help to show up and help him out especially since they dealt with the last two attacks.
