These are the insect-like race that Cell belonged to. Scientists created these through genetically manipulating peoples cells to create the ultimate warrior. They have the ability to pick three other races abilitys and use them, such as a Majin's regenerate or Saiyans Near death bonus. They have three transformations, two which are permenant.

The first transformation is Semi-Perfect. The users body bulks up and turns into a more muscular figure. However, it is slower than the last, but only slightly. To obtain this they must absorb an Android. It multiplys the users power level by 8. Gained at 45,000 PL.

They next is Perfect. The body bulk goes down, and they become much faster and more impressive. They find themselves irrestible, and much more handsome. They must absorb another Android. Multiplys by 18. Gained at 100,000 .

They last is the Bio-Android Super form, Super Perfect. They look the same as before, but have gotten even more fast. They have electricity surrounding them in this form. They must have 150,000 PL to achieve. gives 22 multiplier.
