Description: Thunder Shock Surprise (萬國驚天掌) or "Bankoku Bikkuri Shō' is one of Master Roshi's most powerful attacks. He shoots a lightning blast towards the target using both hands, and traps the opponent within an electric field that, according to Yamcha in the english dub, turns every cell in their body into electricity. Normally, the opponent cannot escape; Goku, however, was able to escape by transforming into a Great Ape at the sight of a full moon. Before using against Goku, Master Roshi had only needed to use the attack once before while sparring with Grandpa Gohan. Piccolo uses a very similar move against Great Ape Gohan when he was going crazy from the blutz waves generated by a holographic moon emitted from Goku's Attack Ball nearby.
Power Level Requirements: 750
Attack Effect: pick one hit number and if that number comes up in the dice roll the opponent will be paralyzed for one turn if the attack hits.
