| I'm back, and I am ready to get the Text based RPG going for real. I have a few changes that I think will make the game pretty sweet. Join in to the discussion and lets have fun.
1. Create a MODS/ADMIN only section where we can post rule suggestions and discuss issues users are having.
2. Stat based system. My thought here is to have actual stats (Attack, Speed, Defense, Ki Presence, Special just as an example.) each of these stats will have some kind of impact on the game during combat. This is how I think it would be done. Each new character begins with 1 point in each stat. example Attack : 1 Speed : 1 Defense : 1 For every 500 PL a character gains (Including starting PL) you get +1 point to the stat of your choice. Example: Your character has 1000 PL, so your stats would look like this: Attack : 2 Speed : 2 Defense : 1 We would need to come up with stats and what they do.
3. Racial abilities. Let's face it, we are playing DragonBallZ! So what are the chances that every player who gets on here will be a powerful Super Saiyan. Pretty high is you ask me. So there needs to be an incentive for people to pick other races. We already have the racial incentive bonus. but being a android might fit in better with your play style if it has a specific ability for being an android.
4. Race Incentive bonuses. Some people don't think the PL bonus for picking a race is very good. So lets come up with some stuff that a player would get for picking an underused race that is unique to the incentive that you wouldn't be able to get otherwise.
5. Transformations. Maybe add in a Transformation rule where you have to take a turn to transform. You would roll and a result of 1-5 is a successful transformation. If you roll a 6 you do not transform that turn, however the following turn you auto transform but it takes up that turn. This would be considered "Charging Up"
6. Attacks. To limit the moves a character can use and increase the uniqueness of a character, I think we should limit the number of moves a player can use in a single fight. I'm thinking that you have one signature move. which is an S type attack with a special ability. For example you could pick a Level B attack but you would make it an S Rank and come up with a special addition to the ability. much like how Krillin can use the Kamehameha but can change the direction of it. Regardless of level it would do S level damage and have an added ability that other players could have. then you could have 4 regular abilities from the ability menu and 2 defensive abilities.
This could be a fun game and we could get a pretty good following if we rake through the rules and get an organized game together.

| So Altair and I were discussing the Stat rule. We thought we would start with Strength, Speed, Endurance and Ki.
Strength being how hard you can hit someone with a move that is designated "Physical" Speed being how fast your character is and in which order they would go in a fight. Endurance would be how well you could take a hit and would have some kind of mod to your damage. Ki being how hard or how often you could use "Energy Attacks" | |

| With the new attacks System and stat system we would probably have to change the layout of the signature spot.

| we would need to figure how strength, ki and endurance work together and how your PL can truly effect the game. like not being able to beat a Super Saiyan as a brand new human from dumb luck and how each attack (physical and energy) does damage. which we will need a health stat | |

| I kind of think we can start with the health rules how we have them now. Then we can tweak it as we go? | |
