Same old problems

Lana was running after a group of thieves that were trying to escape in a van after they had robbed a bank. "I won't let you get away" she yelled, as she began to run a little faster. She had a focused look on her face while she was running at full speed to keep up with the van. It did not take long for her to get beside it. Lana jumped and landed on top of the van. Lana punched a hole through the van, and started to pull the top off. "hey how are you?" she replied with a smile, as the gunman inside the back of the van began to fire rounds into her. They did not have much of an effect on her though. Lana dropped into the van and looked at them. "you guys know the drill" she replied, as she kicked one hard enough to knock the van onto it's side. She dragged the robbers out of the van and set them down. She was unaware of what was going on in west city.

What she was not prepared for was the robot blind siding her. Lana went through a store window. She got too her feet and dusted herself off a bit. "I wish fighting was not so much of a problem" she thought. She was a trained fighter, but she more or less used her fighting to defend her comrades or for tournaments so she could see if her training paid off. She noticed the robot and figured she could fight serious now that it would not matter if she destroyed a simple machine.

She charged up a large energy sphere and let it louse, as a Full Power Energy Wave that punctured the cheaply manufactured robot that had attacked her. Now Lana only had to wait for the cops to show up, and she could go about with the rest of her day. Lana yawned for a couple of seconds and took a seat.

Lana walked around town for a moment and blinked, as she looked at a television and noticed there was an invasion in another city. "oh great" she thought with a sigh. The problem was that she had to secure a ride too West City though and that was going to be pretty though. Lana sighed for a minute and tried to think up an idea. "ok I will think up something" she thought with a light sigh. For now though she was going to work too deal with any threat in Easy City Until an idea came to her.

Lana had used a taxi to get a hold of a plane that she could use. Though there was a lot to think about at the time including what was happening in west city. Lana sighed for a moment after hearing that getting one would not be entirely possible at the time. Lana waited for a few seconds and noticed a group of thieves heading to steal a plane. "here we go again" she thought with a light sigh. She ran towards them, as they began to fire their weapons in her direction. She blocked the bullets and reached them after a couple of minutes. With that she sent her first into one of their face to send him into the ground.

The next move she made was to kick the gun out of the second mans hand and follow up with a leg sweep kick that would cause the person to hit the ground with a pretty loud thud. "who's next" she yelled, as she slammed her hand into the opponents stomach and flipped them over onto the ground. Lana smirked and looked at the remaining five. "now you can run" she replied. Though they charged at her just the same. Lana covered her face with her hand for a few minutes before she continued fighting. The fight was not going to end until she subdued them since killing was out of the question. She charged up her Feint Kamehameha and fired it into the chest of two of the gunman. The attack was weak enough to only cause minor damage. She made a fist and gave another man a black eye rather easily.

Lana had her hands behind he back and looked at the final two with a rather sympathetic look on their face. Sympathy was for the fact that they had no chance of winning the fight at all. Lana ran towards them, as they were about to run away and took care of them with the equivalent of a double close-line. With that she waited for security to detain the men. Though she had heard about the explosion near west city. That did not sit well with her either so she decided to try and got there the long way. "I will get information" she thought with a very determined look on her face. She was determined to get to the bottom of what ever had happened while being unaware of the sacrifices that were made already.
